AERONAUTICAL STUDIES
Aeronautical Study is a study to identify
aeronautical issue and to select a possible
solution that is acceptable without degrading
safety. This become necessary for the civil
aviation authority approval which involve
airspace usage and air traffic management
including for building /structure & UAS ATF
approval (especially close to airport).
This study is very crucial even at the early
stage of development (land accusation) in
order to ensure the investment spent can
give a maximum return.
AIRSPACE/AERODROME DESIGN
Aerodrome is a defined area or land
(including any buildings, installations
and equipment) intended to be used
either wholly or in part for the arrival,
departure and surface movement of
aircraft. This service applied to identify
define airspace such as for airport,
helipad, waterway and UAS Geo-zone
for publication.
FLIGHT PROCEDURES DESIGN & FEASIBILITY STUDIES
As an AFPDO, we are certified to design the flight procedures for any type of
aircraft, either manned or unmanned, fixed-wing or rotor, or even a rocket, subject
to the aeronautical data provided by the operator. Start from filing the flight plan
(FPL) until chocks-on and from the air to ground, including the ATC Procedures.
AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION SERVICE (AIS) & PUBLICATION
AIS office is where all the
aeronautical information is published
and disseminate to all airmen.
Through this service, ANSB will assist
the industries to prepare the draft for
CAAM publication, including charts,
NOTAM, AIC and AIP Supplement
or Amendment.
DEVELOPMENT OF CONCEPT OF OPERATION (CONOPS) & STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)
Through our pool of expertise, from civil aviation SME to the academician and other related industries, we shall be able
to assist the client on the development and execution of complex CONOPS and SOP, especially on the following area:
i. Air Traffic Management Operation Plan (ATMOP)
ATMOP is very crucial in order to identify the needs and
requirement to be adopted into the identified airspace
structure for a safe and orderly flow of air traffic, these
include the preparation of ATC procedures, system
architectural (communication, navigation, surveillance
and air traffic management), airspace sectorization,
training requirements and business continuity plan.
ii. Operational Readiness, Activation And Transition (ORAT)
Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT) is a proven
integrated approach methodology in managing a transition of a new
or a substantially upgraded facility, project, or service from its
construction stage to the active live operations. The preparation of
ORAT plan is very important in order to bridge the gap between the
construction and operation phases for a critical infrastructure such as
airport and air traffic control centre for safe and seamless transition.
TRAINING AND SYLLABUS
i. Introduction of Airspace Management and Air Traffic Service in Malaysia
This training is
to give an overview on airspace management
and air traffic service (in relation to Malaysia
Flight Information Region - FIR). It is valuable
for any organization or group of people who
are involve in airspace usage and operation
including UAS operator, high-rise building
developer & crane operator (close to airport).
ii. Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS)
This training is for the personal of any
organization (private or government) or
individual (i.e privately owner aerodrome
heliport) for the provision of AFIS within their
Flight Information Zone (FIZ) or Aerodrome
Heliport as to be specified by the Malaysian
ATS Authority.
ONE-STOP-CENTER (OCS) CONSULTANT SERVICE
This service to assist the client with technical knowledge and expertise throughout the
approval process with various authorities for the following application:
i. Building/Structure Approval – CAAM OCL 0.1.
This one-stop-center consultant
service is to facilitate the client to
gain the maximum allowable
height based on complete ASR &
mitigation plan which will involve
coordination with various
organization. The optimized
utilization of the airspace
utilization will not only benefit
the developer but also the local
authority and consumer.
ii. UAS Authorization To Fly (ATF) - CAAM/BOP/UAS/ATF/01-02:
This OSC consultant service is to
facilitate the client with complete
necessary requirements by the
authorities especially CAAM,
including the ASR, ATC Coordination
Procedures and Special UAS Project.
Client also will be provided with DaaS
and SaaS advisory services.
OTHER FACILITATION CONSULTANT SERVICE (FCS)
We also provide the following service:
- Certification of Airport/Airstrip/Helipad
-
Establishment of Design Organizational Approval
(DOA), Production Organizational Approval (POA),
Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO), Approved
Training Organization (ATO) - Air Traffic Control (ATC)
& Flight Training Organization (FTO) and Approved
Flight Procedure Design Organization (AFPDO).
